My practice focuses on general corporate matters for small and mid-size businesses. As a veteran of two large law firms, I have significant experience in representing clients with business formation matters, the purchase and sale of businesses, contract drafting, review and negotiation, and corporate governance matters. In order to better meet my clients’ growing needs, I have expanded my practice to include representation of parties in contract disputes, employment matters, and healthcare law.
