Alycia Regan Benenati’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, contractual disputes, securities litigation, antitrust and intellectual property disputes. Alycia has represented corporate and sovereign clients in state and federal courts throughout the country and in domestic and international arbitrations. Alycia served as law clerk to the Honorable Steven M. Gold, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (1997-1998).
