Alyx Pattison is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. She represents publicly traded companies and their directors and officers in securities class actions, liability actions, SEC investigations, corporate governance disputes, and other complex commercial litigation matters. Alyx also counsels clients in relation to internal investigations for public and private companies, boards of directors, and special committees, including matters involving allegations of accounting irregularities, inadequate or misleading public disclosures and breaches of fiduciary duties. Additionally, Alyx counsels clients on best practices in technology and e-discovery and has represented clients in general commercial litigation and antitrust matters. She also counsels clients regarding compliance related to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. She has also worked on numerous pro bono matters with a particular focus on immigration, asylum and civil rights issues.
