Ms. Daquelente’s practice focuses primarily on general corporate transactions, drafting commercial contracts, estate planning and administration, commercial real estate transactions and business succession planning.

In her practice, Ms. Daquelente advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters including choice of entity issues, general corporate governance and contracting. Ms. Daquelente negotiates contracts and closes all types of real estate and commercial transactions.

As part of the firm’s Estate Law Group, Ms. Daquelente works with clients to develop estate-planning objectives including business succession, planning to minimize estate and inheritance tax liability, preserving family assets, supporting charitable interests, providing for minors and individuals with special needs and she implements these objectives through drafting wills and trusts based upon each individual client’s needs. In addition, she assists executors and trustees in the administration of a decedent’s estate or trust.
