Amanda Taylor joined Adams and Reese in 2014 as Special Counsel in the firm’s St. Petersburg office. Practicing law since 2005, Amanda focuses on land use, zoning, real estate development, agricultural and environmental law along with commercial litigation focused on real estate and banking.

Amanda was a former shareholder with Trenam Kemker and a former attorney with Holland and Knight. She has been named among the Florida Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars in Business Litigation and Real Estate Law.

Amanda represents landowners and developers in purchase and sale transactions, due diligence, leasing and development work including, land use, zoning, planned development documentation, environmental permitting and alcoholic beverage licensing. She also represents court appointed receivers for commercial property, title insurance companies in title claims litigation, lenders in foreclosures, workouts and lender liability claims, property owners in purchase and sale disputes and ad valorem tax appeals.
