Amanda Molter is an associate in the firm’s San Diego office. Her practice focuses on investment fund formation, structuring and related transactions. She regularly advises sponsors of private investment funds in the organization, negotiation and operation of investment funds operating across a wide range of industries. Additionally, Ms. Molter advises fund sponsors in the structuring and negotiation of portfolio company investments, the acquisition of investment managers and separation arrangements. In addition to fund sponsor representation, Ms. Molter specializes in the formation of joint ventures and the ongoing representation of joint venture participants. Her transactional experience further includes mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings and private financings.

Ms. Molter is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
