Amanda Mitchell Burke

Amanda Mitchell Burke is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Hedge Funds Practice. She represents clients in structuring and negotiating financial derivative matters, such as interest rate and currency swaps, equity derivatives and credit derivatives transactions. Ms. Mitchell Burke also represents clients in certain leveraged finance transactions.

Ms. Mitchell Burke has represented clients in various industries, including hedge funds and other clients as counterparties in various derivatives transactions, investment managers in cash and synthetic CDOs and CLOs, and borrowers and lenders in a range of debt financings. She also has experience representing issuers, underwriters and trustees in asset-backed securitizations, warehousing facilities and other securitization programs.
