Amanda Pushinsky's practice focuses primarily on individual and class action product liability suits. Her litigation experience includes responding to and challenging complaints, all forms of discovery, pretrial motions, post-trial motions, and general case management. She is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of smoking and health suits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in Florida and California. Since joining Jones Day, Amanda has been a member of four trial teams in cases tried to verdict, including Vasko v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., which resulted in a judgment for Reynolds.
Amanda also has experience in a variety of other matters, including intellectual property, labor and employment, and litigation involving fraud, contract, and business torts.
