Amy Jensen is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Ms. Jensen represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including employment discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Ms. Jensen also counsels clients on compliance with federal and state laws, drafts and advises on restrictive covenant agreements, drafts employee handbooks, conducts wage and hour investigations, and drafts employment and settlement agreements.
Ms. Jensen is an Associate Editor of the Fifth Edition of Lindemann, Grossman & Weirich, Employment Discrimination Law (BNA 2012).
Ms. Jensen received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law (with honors, Order of the Coif) and her B.A. in Government from Berry College, summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals and the State and Superior Courts of Georgia.
