Amy Kyle is co-chair of the firm’s Transactional Finance practice group, and a member of the firm’s Diversity Executive Committee.

Amy represents leading financial institutions in connection with a broad range of finance-related matters, with a particular focus on the transportation industry. She has been lead agent’s counsel in financings for companies that operate in all modes of transportation, lease transportation equipment, or engage in international and domestic shipping, including Ryder System Inc., Ingram Industries Inc., Genesee & Wyoming Inc., Container Applications International Inc., Flexi-Van Leasing, Inc., XTRA Inc., NetJets Inc., Moran Transportation Company, Tidewater, Inc. and TBS Shipping Limited.

Amy is actively involved in leveraged finance transactions. Her experiences include senior and mezzanine financing of private acquisitions and leveraged recapitalizations, including platform companies and roll ups, as well as public mergers and tender offer transactions. She has also been engaged in connection with workouts and restructurings of a number of those transactions. Amy also frequently represents lenders to the retail finance sector representing the lead in transactions involving national retailers, such as Borders Group Inc., Coach Inc., Timberland Inc. and Staples Inc.
