Amy Siegel is a counsel in O'Melveny's Century City office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice. Amy represents sports organizations, motion picture studios, television networks, distribution and production companies and other entertainment and media clients in all business and legal aspects relating to the acquisition, financing, exploitation, protection and management of intellectual property and media-related assets. Amy focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial licensing arrangements, the creation of strategic alliances, project financing and distribution, new media rights agreements and industry-specific mergers and acquisitions. Amy also has an active pro bono practice in a variety of entertainment related matters.
