Trey Baldy represents clients in commercial and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Many of his clients operate in domestic and international technology, software and licensing sectors. He also has extensive experience in commercial finance transactions, including commercial asset-based and cash flow finance. He also has significant transactional experience representing closely held and family businesses.

During law school, Mr. Baldy was an associate editor of The University of Florida Law Review.
