Andrea Palmer is a member of the firm's Commercial Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Andrea focuses her practice on representing lenders in commercial loan transactions, loan workouts, modifications and debt restructurings. Her practice also includes representing lenders with respect to the enforcement of their loan and credit agreements, including trustee's sales, judicial foreclosures and receiverships, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and resales of collateral following foreclosure. Andrea also represents lenders in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
