Andrew B. Fromm is an associate and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice and Automotive Industry Team. Mr. Fromm's practice includes representing multiple Fortune 500 and private clients throughout all phases of complex commercial litigation involving many high-stakes business issues, including breach of contract and indemnity disputes, product liability, government investigations, insurance-coverage disputes, professional malpractice, and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Fromm was a litigation associate with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he managed complex discovery and e-discovery matters, coordinated the defense of product liability cases, prepared numerous fact and expert witnesses for depositions, and reviewed client contracts and business practices to assess litigation risks. He also gained five years of formal trial training by the Kirkland Institute of Trial Advocacy.

In addition, Mr. Fromm was a public interest law initiative fellow with Indiana Legal Services, Inc. providing a variety of pro bono legal services for clients. He was also a law clerk in the General Crimes Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan. Before entering law school, Mr. Fromm was a structured-finance analyst for U.S. Bank Corp.
