Andrew Hall practices primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, products liability, professional liability, general liability and transportation in the state and federal courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia. His clients are mainly insurance companies and their insureds, and he has experience with toxic tort and construction issues as well as direct representation of corporate and commercial clients. In addition, Andrew frequently works with insurers reviewing and assessing insurance coverage issues and is involved in the drafting of insurance coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters and declination of coverage letters, successfully resolving many matters without the need for litigation.

Clients appreciate Andrew’s responsiveness as well as his ability to explain and analyze a case in timely, written reports. He assesses the issues in the case to develop a litigation strategy that is most likely to bring about a successful resolution for his client, and pursues options including dispositive motion, settlement and trial with equal vigor. As a law student Andrew volunteered time with Legal Services of Northern Virginia and often helps with the monthly pro bono clinic run by Wilson Elser’s Virginia office.
