Andrew C. Testerman ("Drew") is an experienced transactional attorney who represents companies across a broad range of business and real estate needs. His real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, operation and disposition of properties throughout the United States. His corporate practice involves a wide variety of commercial and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, entity formation and structure, contract negotiation, and various third-party relationships. Drew regularly represents publicly and privately owned entities with respect to all phases of their organization, operation and the growth of their business.

In addition to deep industry experience in ski resorts and retail automobile dealers, Drew’s practice encompasses a diverse array of other industries, including financial institutions in connection with a variety of lending products. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
