ANDREW F. O’NEILL is a partner in the Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy group in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on complex corporate restructurings and reorganizations, both in-court and out-of-court, as well as other distressed situations. Mr. O’Neill has extensive experience representing debtors, senior lenders, unsecured creditors and other interested parties in these matters.

Mr. O’Neill received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the University of Loyola-Chicago.
