Andrew Valli

is an attorney in King & Spalding's Business Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Valli represents clients in consumer and class action litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Valli has experience with complex class action and multi-district litigation in pharmaceutical and environmental product liability matters and advises clients on e-discovery related to litigation.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Mr. Valli was an attorney with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and was employed with the Internal Revenue Service's Office of District Counsel.

Mr. Valli devotes a significant amount of his time to pro bono and civic/charitable matters.

Mr. Valli is a member of the St. Thomas More Law Society in Atlanta, Georgia.
