Andrew J. Steif practices in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office in the area of commercial litigation. Mr. Steif is experienced in handling real estate and construction litigation matters, particularly the representation of developers and condominium owners against construction defect claims asserted pursuant to the Florida Condominium Act, as well as claims brought under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and Florida common law. Mr. Steif also devotes a significant amount of his practice to the representation of banks and financial institutions in complex commercial foreclosure and Uniform Commercial Code matters. Mr. Steif also assists clients in complex business, trust and estate, contract, product liability and landlord-tenant litigation cases.
