Andrew R. Lerner is Counsel to Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP and has been involved in the immigration field for over fifteen years, primarily handling immigration-related business, entertainment and family-based legal matters, with substantial time dedicated to analyzing, evaluating and strategizing immigration options for corporate, entrepreneurial and investor clients.
Mr. Lerner has been selected annually for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America since 2003. A former Chair of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Mr. Lerner has been a featured seminar and conference speaker on a wide array of immigration issues, is Co-Editor of AILA’s Immigration Practice Toolbox, and has served as a member of AILA’s INS Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee, Co-Chair of NY AILA’s District Director Liaison Committee, Chair of NY AILA’s Corporate Practice Committee, member of NY AILA’s USCIS Liaison Committee, Co-Chair of NY AILA’s 8th Annual Immigration Law Symposium, and Co-Chair of NY AILA’s Department of Labor Liaison Committee. Mr. Lerner is currently serving on AILA National’s USCIS Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee.
