Andy Van Noord represents clients in complex real estate transactions, focusing on real estate private equity fund and REIT formations, joint ventures, real estate finance, and the acquisition and disposition of hotels, shopping centers, apartments and office buildings located throughout the United States. He also has represented clients in the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate real estate service matters.

Representative transactions include the formation of Rockpoint Real Estate Fund IV, a $1.95 billion real estate investment fund; DivcoWest Fund III, a $870+ million real estate investment fund; and multiple joint ventures for TriGate Capital.

Andy is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals, and The Real Estate Council, and volunteers at legal clinics sponsored by the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
