Andrew Rak is a litigator in the firm's New York office. Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Andrew was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Reed Business Information, U.S., an affiliate of the RELX Group (Formerly known as RELX, Inc.). At Reed Business Information, Andrew supervised all legal matters, including oversight of complex litigation, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust issues, employment law, intellectual property, content licensing and syndication.
