Andrew Radsch’s practice focuses on high-stakes patent and trade secret litigation for domestic and international clients. Andrew has represented companies in a wide range of industries and technologies, including consumer electronics, wireless communications, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer care products. He also has litigated antitrust, securities, and government enforcement matters.

Andrew has experience at all stages of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal. He has managed fact and expert discovery, taken and defended key depositions, and drafted winning motions. He also has argued discovery and trial motions in Court, prepared witnesses for trial, and examined fact and expert witness at trial. Andrew’s recent trial experience includes a week-long jury trial and a 19-day bench trial. Both cases are in post-trial briefing. In addition, Andrew recently was a core member of a team that obtained dismissal with prejudice at the pleading stage of the plaintiff’s material claims, which quickly resulted in the dismissal of the remaining claims.

Andrew’s pro bono practice includes assisting individual artists in protecting their intellectual property rights and representing asylum seekers. During law school, Andrew was an extern for the Honorable Deborah A. Batts at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
