Starting in 2014, Angie is in charge of the firm’s Legal Project Management (LPM) initiative. She is leading the firm’s commitment to implementing legal project management concepts in our attorneys’ practices and assisting attorneys with using the LPM tools developed by McGuireWoods to efficiently and predictably manage matters. Angie communicates with the firm’s attorneys, business development department, finance department and clients in response to RFPs and the budgeting, tracking and management of legal matters. Angie has extensive prior first-hand experience in budgeting, managing and overseeing complex litigation matters for a variety of clients.

Angie also practices in the area of business and securities litigation. She has a broad litigation practice, with particular emphasis on financial services and class action litigation. Angela also advises clients on matters involving business and consumer credit disputes.

Angie started her legal career practicing securities and business litigation for four years at a large global firm in New York. While earning her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, Angela was an extern to the Honorable W. Earl Britt of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
