Angela Cottrell is a partner in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Transactions practice group and a member of our Life Sciences Industry team. Angela provides corporate and finance counsel to a wide range of clients, including life sciences companies, nonprofit health care systems, academic medical centers and universities, public companies and emerging companies.
The bulk of my work is for clients within the health care and life sciences sectors. A significant portion of my practice involves guiding clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions and global expansion initiatives. I also work with nonprofit hospitals on tax-exempt bond offerings and bond compliance matters.

In addition to my work with health care clients, I also advise clients on general corporate and governance issues.

Having worked as a commercial lender before attending law school, I bring a practical business perspective to each deal I work on.
