Angela Bernardi is counsel in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practices corporate and securities law. She advises both public and emerging technology companies in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Angela was in-house counsel at Flextronics, a leading supply chain solutions company, where she advised on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, among other corporate matters. Previously, she was an associate in the corporate departments of Jones Day and Paul Hastings in Palo Alto.
