Angela Vogel has a decade of experience counseling clients in employment law. Her practice focuses on defending employers in connection with claims involving discrimination, harassment, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, wrongful terminations, and wage and hour issues. Angela has extensive experience litigating in state and federal court, in addition to defending employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WHRC), and the Seattle Office for Civil Rights (SOCR).
Angela also advises employers on a wide range of issues related to the employment relationship. She has experience conducting workplace investigations and training managers. She also routinely drafts and revises employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine, Angela was in-house counsel at Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., a Fortune 500 global logistics company, where she provided advice and counseling on domestic and international employment matters.
