Anh Lee

is a corporate partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office who focuses her practice on debt financing transactions for private equity groups, mezzanine and subordinated lenders, and private and public companies. She has been responsible for financings in connection with major leveraged buyouts, public offerings, secured bond offerings, working capital financings/refinancings and restructurings (including debtor-in-possession and exit financing) and public company financings. The transactions that she has handled include senior, subordinated, bridge and mezzanine facilities, both secured and unsecured, and have ranged in size from several millions of dollars to more than a billion dollars.
