Ann Marie Sink concentrates her practice in various forms of real estate-based financing at both the asset and operating company level. She advises both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financial transactions, asset-based, conduit/warehouse and portfolio financings, CMBS loans, mezzanine loans, construction loans and mixed-finance transactions.
Her practice has a particular emphasis on the timeshare and hospitality industry, representing borrowers and developers in the acquisition and operation of resorts, including all resort, timeshare and operating company financing, licensing and public reporting-related activities. She also represents borrowers and lenders in financings for hotels, condominiums, office buildings and commercial/retail facilities, both nationally and internationally.
