Anna Kuznetsova is a counsel in the firm’s Tax Practice. Ms. Kuznetsova advises clients on tax and structuring considerations in a wide range of business transactions, with a particular focus on complex domestic and international transactions involving partnerships and real estate investment trusts, or REITs.

Ms. Kuznetsova regularly advises investment fund sponsors in structuring and forming a wide range of private investment funds and joint ventures, typically involving complex allocation provisions and particular considerations for investors with diverse tax profiles. She also has extensive experience with the formation and qualification of REITs, as well as initial public offerings, business combination transactions and investments involving REITs.
