Anna Raimer focuses her practice on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. Anna has significant experience managing international brands for clients in a wide range of industries, from consumer products to entertainment to energy. She handles all aspects of U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance, and she represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Anna also supervises global prosecution and enforcement efforts to protect clients’ international trademark rights.

Anna regularly counsels clients regarding global brand development and protection, including use and enforcement of trademarks on the Internet. She represents clients in cease and desist efforts against alleged infringers and assists clients with policing, enforcing, and defending trademark rights. Anna advises clients on intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and financings, and she drafts and negotiates licensing agreements for trademarks and copyrights.

Anna represents clients throughout the United States in cases involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, as well as false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret actions. She has participated in the briefing of successful appeals and motions, including to the Federal Circuit, and she has second chaired a bench trial involving breach of contract claims. Anna has also successfully represented clients in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) actions to recover domain names, and she has assisted clients with obtaining preliminary and permanent injunctive relief in federal and state courts.

Anna is an active member of the International Trademark Association, where she currently serves on the INTA Bulletin Features Committee.
