Anna M. Bryan

Anna M. Bryan is a highly experienced litigator and trial lawyer. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.

Anna has a strong background in healthcare. She works with large healthcare institutions, providers, mid-level providers and educators addressing health law and professional negligence issues. She has been lead counsel in complex, multi-week trials and has tried an extraordinarily large number of those trials to verdict in Central, Northeast and Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has special knowledge in cardiac, hand and general orthopedic surgery cases. Anna also has extensive experience in electronic medical records. She is a frequent invited speaker, for multiple jurisdictions, on the topic.

Anna’s dual background in healthcare and law facilitates analysis, communication with experts, providers and witnesses, investigation and research. Her background also lends itself to academic presentations which are requested by clients and community groups. The sheer number of complex cases tried to verdict reflects Anna’s breadth and depth of experience.

Prior to starting her law career, Anna taught Community/Public Health, Health Maintenance, Mental Health and Pediatrics courses at Villanova University’s College of Nursing. She also participated in professional programs in China, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan during the academic recess, which gave her a depth of experience in policy issues.

Anna is frequently invited to speak to various healthcare, business and civic groups, individuals and academic institutions. She has taught a Resident Group at Temple University’s Medical School. Additionally, at the request of her clients, such as The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Geisinger Medical Center, Anna plans and presents educational programs for fellows, nurses and residents of the hospitals.

Anna continues to hold her professional nursing license and remains active through consultation and education.

While in law school, Anna completed all course work and a significant portion of a Doctoral Dissertation on long-term adjustment of child sexual assault victims based upon data collection from an Emergency Department and Court outcome. Her knowledge of research methodology and Interdisciplinary collaboration is an asset.
