Anna has extensive experience in labor and employment law matters, as well as commercial disputes, with an emphasis on the defense of employers against allegations of discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, gender, age, and religion; sexual harassment; retaliation; and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Family and Medical Leave Act. Anna has represented employers in the enforcement of non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants and prepared employee handbooks and personnel policies.
Anna was a summer associate with Hunton & Williams, and prior to that served as an intern to the United States Attorney's Office in the Middle District of Tennessee. She is admitted to practice in the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
