nne E. Raymond is a member of the Real Estate and Finance Group in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office. She assists clients in acquiring, developing, leasing and financing commercial real estate. Her practice covers many facets of real estate law, title insurance, foreclosures, business law and secured transactions. She has represented developers, lenders and borrowers in various commercial transactions, asset-based financing and commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) loans. She has been a licensed title insurance producer since 1998.

Ms. Raymond is involved in a variety of professional and community organizations. In 2014 she served as president of the Louisiana Land Title Association, of which she has been a member for many years. She was elected to the Board in 2010 and has served on its Legislative Committee since 2009. As co-chair of that committee, she shares the responsibility for drafting and presenting to the Louisiana legislature real estate-related bills.

Ms. Raymond is president-elect of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys. A charter member of New Orleans Commercial Real Estate Women, she served on its board of directors 2005-2006. She is also a member of the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN) and the Louisiana Bankers Association.
