Anne Marie Ellis’ practice focuses on product liability and commercial litigation matters. She has significant experience defending motor vehicle, motorcycle, off-road vehicle, sporting good equipment, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, as well as amusement park venues. Ms. Ellis has experience handling class actions of all types, including consumer fraud and breach of warranty. Ms. Ellis also consults with clients on warranty issues arising under state and federal statutes.

With extensive experience in complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including judicial council coordinated proceedings, multi-party litigation subject to case management orders, and multi-district litigation, Ms. Ellis has successfully defended cases of all sizes including, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. She also advises clients on a wide-range of discovery issues and procedures.

Anne Marie also has experience consulting with clients regarding Title III of the Americans with Disability Act (“ADA”) and corresponding California statutes, as well as defending clients in similar litigation.

Ms. Ellis is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, the National Association of Women’s Lawyers and the Orange County Women’s Lawyer’s Association.

Outside of work, Ms. Ellis is also an active member of the Advisory Committee of Women Helping Women, an Orange County non-profit organization, and served on its Board of Directors from 2007 through 2010.
