His experience includes counseling both private and publicly held interests in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of both single-site and multiple asset portfolios. Tony is a former Certified Public Accountant and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP). Tony's practice has spanned the industrial, hospitality (hotels and golf courses), retail (big box and convenience store operators), office and residential sectors, where Tony has advised on development, financing, leasing and operating aspects of his clients' businesses. He has extensive experience in distressed property and debt acquisitions, including foreclosures, workouts and restructurings.
