Anthony Frink is senior counsel in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. Mr. Frink concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and finance, including office, industrial, retail and residential development, construction, sale, leasing, financing, ownership and investment and workouts, mortgage foreclosures and mechanics' liens. His experience includes the representation of developers of commercial and residential projects, institutional lenders and borrowers in real estate transactions nationwide, and landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing.

Representation of Roosevelt University in $183,000,000 Illinois Finance Authority bond transaction for the construction of a 32-story mixed use university building in Chicago, including residence suites for 600 students, classrooms and office space, as well as amenities, which will be the second tallest university building in the United States and LEED certified. The transaction was selected as one of three finalists for the Council of Development Finance Agencies' "Best 2009 Bond Deal.
Representation of a developer in an $80 million intermodal facility.
Representation of a purchaser of a $64.5 million Chicago mixed-use office building.
Representation of a co-lender in a $75 million senior secured first mortgage acquisition, construction and development loan for mixed-use Chicago residential development.
Representation of a developer of a 282-unit multi-family residential condominium and a 260-unit affordable housing developments in Aurora, Ill.
Serving as primary attorney for the acquisition and development of Roosevelt University's 27-acre Albert A. Robin Campus in Schaumburg, Ill., including representation of the university in the issuance of Illinois Development Finance Authority Bonds to help finance this acquisition and development.
Representation of a ground lessor in a $250 million electricity/steam co-generation facility.
Serving as lead counsel for an insurance company in a $60 million multi-state real estate and commercial loan;
Representation of a purchaser in real estate aspects of a $500 million stock purchase.
Serving as local counsel for a lender in a $250 million multi-state collateralized mortgage obligation.
Representation of one of the largest U.S. banks in various revolving construction mortgage loans to some of the largest residential and commercial developers in the Chicago area for acquisition and construction of a condominium and single family home development.
Representation of the owner of commercial areas of a major mixed-use development in a renovation project including the sale, leasing and financing of a theatre building to a national entertainment and retail company.
Mr. Frink is on the Executive Committee and was the Capital Campaign Coordinator for the Marshall Bennett Institute of the Roosevelt University Chicago School of Real Estate. He has been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker since 1988.
