Anthony Alden’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on intellectual property disputes and financial products. In the structured finance field, Anthony has particular expertise in mortgage backed securities and other structured financial products.

Before joining the firm in 2004, Anthony was a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia, practiced at one of the “Big Four” Australian law firms, and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at the Columbia University School of Law.
