Anthony R. Klein is the global Co-chair of Latham & Watkins’ Technology Transactions Practice Group, global Co-chair of the Information Technology – Hardware, Software & Services Industry Group and a member of the Emerging Companies Practice Group.

Mr. Klein’s practice focuses on strategic counseling and negotiating technology-related transactions worldwide for a wide range of emerging growth and established technology and service companies and their customers, particularly in the fields of: Semiconductor design and manufacture, Medical devices, Clean technologies, Internet services, eCommerce, Software licensing, Retail and commercial products.
