Anthony Schouten is a partner in Pryor Cashman’s Investment Management, Banking + Finance and Corporate Groups. He maintains an integrated corporate practice, with a focus on derivatives and structured finance, and has extensive experience advising managers and investors on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other structured credit transactions (both cash and synthetic).

Most recently, Anthony’s practice has concentrated on crafting and negotiating derivative and structured credit documentation involving unique collateral packages and structures. His current clients include leading asset managers, major investment and commercial banks, and operating companies.

Anthony regularly advises clients that are in the business of creating cutting-edge products that require customized, “outside the box” solutions.
