Armando Gonzalez focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the oil, gas and energy industry. He has experience in multiple areas of the energy industry, including domestic and international energy transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, production and development, land titles, and due diligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Armando gained valuable insight working with a publicly traded international oil and gas company on energy transactions in Latin America. He also assisted clients with all facets of their exploration and production activities while working as an associate in the energy section of a nationally known law firm in Houston.

Armando is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Young Professionals in Energy, and the Mexican American Bar Association. He is fully fluent in Spanish.
