Arthur Hoffmann is a shareholder in Greenspoon Marder’s Litigation practice group. Mr. Hoffmann’s practice focuses on product liability litigation and the provision of product liability advice on behalf of the firm’s clients in Europe and in the U.S. Mr. Hoffmann has extensive experience working with experts in a number of scientific and medical disciplines both in nationally and internationally on behalf of tobacco manufacturers. Mr. Hoffmann has handled commercial litigation in both New York state and federal trial and appellate courts involving real estate, professional malpractice, torts and admiralty. He worked on the defense of complex multi-district litigation arising out of the hijacking of Pan American Flight 73 at Karachi, Pakistan and the crash of Pan American Flight 103 at Lockerbie, Scotland. Mr. Hoffmann has conducted fact investigations and discovery in Europe and on the Indian subcontinent.

Mr. Hoffmann was admitted to practice in New York in 1984. Mr. Hoffmann obtained his law degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University.
