Arthur S. Linker concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, including securities fraud, corporate and partnership disputes, accounting and auditing, real estate, trusts and estates, creditors’ rights, lender liability, product liability, antitrust, commercial torts and defamation.
For more than three decades, Arthur has represented a broad range of clients, including issuers of securities, corporate directors, special litigation committees, underwriters, brokerage firms, hedge funds, investment managers, accounting firms, lenders, and real estate owners in trial courts, arbitrations and appeals. He advises manufacturers of high technology equipment, motor vehicle distributors, publishers and wealthy individuals, among many other entities.
Arthur also has briefed and argued numerous appeals before federal and state appellate courts on behalf of the firm’s clients and as appellate counsel appointed by the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
He has served as an adjunct professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he taught pretrial litigation practice and as a faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
