Ashley's practice focuses on class actions and other complex civil litigation, including defense of product liability, mass tort and consumer fraud actions. She aids clients in assessing long-term, future litigation risks and strategic preparation for such risks. In addition, Ashley has significant experience with jury research and trial theme development.

Ashley is admitted to practice in the Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Julie E. Carnes of the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia from 1998 to 1999.

Ashley's pro bono practice includes representation of indigent appellants or appellees in appeals to the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has argued before the Eleventh Circuit on pro bono matters twice, with both arguments resulting in published opinions ruling in her clients' favor.
