Audrey Leigh is a counsel in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department and a member of its Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Ms. Leigh focuses primarily on public and private capital markets transactions and other corporate finance and general corporate transactions in the real estate, hospitality and specialty finance sectors. She has advised sponsors, investment banks, real estate investment trusts, specialty finance companies, and business development companies in a wide range of transactions, including initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements of debt and equity, and mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly advises public companies on corporate governance matters. Ms. Leigh joined Goodwin Procter in April 2015.
