Austin Stack practices in Holland & Knight's Miami office and is a member of the firm's Public Companies and Securities Team. During law school, Mr. Stack was heavily involved in corporate and sports law extracurricular opportunities. He participated in Harvard Law School's Transactional Law Clinic and worked for the Washington Nationals as part of the Sports Law Clinic. Mr. Stack was also a member of the Harvard Law School Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law, and served as a teaching and research assistant.

In addition, Mr. Stack received high honors for his thesis, "The First Amendment and the Athletic Arena," and won "Best Brief" in his first-year legal research and writing course.
