Austin Wyker is an associate in the Tax and Corporate & Securities sections of the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr. Austin advises entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes on business and tax matters concerning entity formation, general operations, transactions both on the “buy side” and the “sell-side,” and tax credit finance (including New Markets Tax Credits and federal and state historic tax credits). Austin also represents clients on tax controversy matters with the Internal Revenue Service.

Austin has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, retail and consumer products, and technology.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Austin worked in Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services Group as well as KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Group.
