Aviva Grumet-Morris joined the firm’s Chicago office as a labor and employment relations associate in 2006.
Ms. Grumet-Morris has assisted with various labor and employment litigation and counseling matters, including those involving ERISA, discrimination, wrongful termination, and employment benefit claims. She also has provided advice on employment policies and assisted with client training.
Ms. Grumet-Morris received a B.A. in History from Princeton University in 2002. She received a J.D., summa cum laude, in 2006 from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and executive editor of the DePaul Law Review.
