Mr. Allen focuses his practice in the areas of employment and labor law. He has experience in all stages of the litigation process, from depositions to motion practice and trial. He also has experience counseling employers on work-place issues and policies. Mr. Allen has second chaired multiple trials in which he obtained favorable verdicts for his clients. Prior to joining Lowis & Gellen LLP, Mr. Allen worked at two Chicago-based firms, where he gained valuable experience in employment and general commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Allen is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He also serves on the board at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin, and is a member of the Center for Wrongful Convictions Justice Council.
