arry Theis serves as Of Counsel in the firm's Denver office. After serving as an antitrust prosecutor for the State of Colorado from 1975 to 1981, Mr. Theis founded a boutique litigation firm emphasizing antitrust, trade secret, civil rights, professional liability, and other complex commercial litigation. He has served as lead counsel for over twenty-five years in numerous jury and court trials, in federal and state courts in Colorado, and elsewhere. He is a past chair of the Antitrust Subcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association and chair of the Business Law Council and has served for over 20 years as the sole Rocky Mountain region member of the Bureau of National Affairs Antitrust & Trade Regulation Reporter Advisory Board. He is a frequent lecturer on antitrust and litigation issues.
